Frank Smith & Co Solicitors have welcomed Natalie Smith TEP to the firm.
Frank Smith set up the firm in 2016 as a specialist law firm advising on all aspects of property law. The firm, which has gone from strength to strength, already has a substantial following. As part of his expansion plans, Frank now welcomes Natalie to the firm to build a private client department, increasing the inventory of services it can provide to its clients.
Natalie has been a qualified solicitor for 10 years and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the industry body for those with knowledge and practical experience of the latest technological advances in sustainability and ‘digital construction’.
Designed to cater for multiple age ranges, the 980m2 centre will include a schools’ programme to offer an introduction to the modern career opportunities available throughout the construction industry, including education pathways, from 16 years up.
The blend of real and virtual learning environments will all support learners and apprentices from NVQ Level 1 through to undergraduate degree. The centre will also be used by tradespeople updating their industry-accredited qualifications, and employers upskilling their workforces. specialising in private client work. Natalie has previously worked for WSP solicitors in Dursley and Stroud, Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Cheltenham and Hereford, and most recently Lodders in Cheltenham and Stratford. Having grown up on the family farm, and now owning a small holding herself, Natalie is able to understand from both a personal and legal perspective the issues that face rural clients. With Frank Smith & Co Solicitors already having a strong reputation within the agricultural sector, it seemed a perfect fit.
