DELIGHT IN THE DETAILS
To make these pretty firelighters, you will need: soy candle wax, a steel non-stick cupcake baking tin, dried natural finds – such as dried flowers, leaves, twigs, berries, hay or straw and shredded wood
Method: First preheat the oven to 170C/gas 3. Fill each section of the baking tin with wax and put in the oven for 5 mins, or until the wax has melted. Remove the cake tin from the oven and carefully place your natural ingredients into the hot wax, you can also add a wick so they will be easier to light. Leave at room temperature to set, then remove from the tin and store with your kindling ready for lighting your stove or open fire.
