SPRUCE up your skincare regime with the Sloane Club’s Bioeffect Resurfacing Facial. Available to members and non-members, the treatment includes aqua dermabrasion—high-pressure blasts of icecold saline solution—extraction and, to help you relax, a shoulder massage. Unique to the London Club, the facial was developed by its spa in conjunction with Bioeffect, an Icelandic company that’s been pioneering anti-ageing treatments for the past 10 years. Your beautifully prepped skin is then slathered with a collagen mask and a super-hydrating double dose of Bioeffect serum. You’ll be given a small vial of the serum to take home to help prolong the treatment’s radiant results. Bioeffect Resurfacing Facial £130 (020–7730 9131; www.sloaneclub.co.uk) RP

BENTLEY launched the ultimate special edition for fly fishermen last year and, now, the company’s Mulliner division has created the Bentayga Falconry. Handcrafted in Crewe, the £75,000 accessory set includes a boot-mounted flight station, GPS tracking system and walnut-veneered load cases. The leather bird hoods and gauntlet match the SUV’S luxuriously trimmed interior and the falcon can sit on one of two perches that attach to the boot floor. In transit, the bird sits on a cork-covered perch that slots between the Bentayga’s two front seats (0808 100 5200; www. bentleymotors.com) JT

ON a recent visit to Positano, I could have done with some blinkers, as every shop caught my eye and none more than the Emporio boutique at the hotel Le Sirenuse. Its latest collection of resortwear is inspired by the ‘pastel poetry of Mediterranean colours’ and the dolce vita vibe of the Sersale family’s hotel. It’s full of dreamy silks, kaftans and swimwear, as well as jewellery and accessories, and now menswear, too, so beware of visiting after a cocktail or two at the hotel’s world-famous restaurant

IF you’re in Stratford-upon-avon on June 13 and 17, be sure to pop into the jeweller George Pragnell’s showroom to view the entire 2017 Patek Philippe watch collection. The two companies have enjoyed a fruitful working relationship since 1969, when Jeremy Pragnell’s first Patek watch was personally delivered to him by the Swiss watchmaker’s owner, Phillipe Stern, now the firm’s Honorary President. Patek collectors will be pleased to learn that the Genevabased brand has re-released its classic 5396 (left)—a watch that’s neither too big nor too small and only needs adjustment once a year—as part of this year’s collection. ‘We are proud to host the Patek Philippe Exhibition in conjunction with our longstanding partner George Pragnell,’ declares Patek’s Mark Hearn. ‘This provides a special opportunity to experience the Patek Philippe collection, with more than 90 ladies’ and gentleman’s timepieces to see in store, including newly released models from Baselworld 2017’ (01789 267072; www.pragnell.co.uk).

For the first time in the event’s history, this year’s Henley Royal Regatta is to be sponsored by a select few British heritage brands, including Bremont, Hackett and Aston Martin. Bremont—the Henley-on-thames-based watch company—is the official timekeeper. ‘Remarkably, Henley Royal Regatta is one of the few sporting events that’s still timed mechanically rather than digitally, which is very in keeping with what Bremont is all about,’ enthuses Giles English, co-founder of the company that’s making custom hand-held chronographs for all the umpires. Bremont will also host a pop-up boutique at the historic rowing event, which runs from June 28 to July 2 (01491 571900; https://www.hrr.co.uk)

SUFFOLK’S Heveningham Hall is not only hosting the Country Fair this July, but, alongside it, one of the most elegant motorsport and aviation events in the calendar, Concours d’elégance. Taking full advantage of the 5,000 acres of Capability Brown-designed parkland around Heveningham, the event brings together 50 of the world’s finest motorcars and has evolved to include some spectacular propeller planes, too. Entrance is by catalogue only, along with a ticket, £10, for the Country Fair, with all proceeds donated to charity (www.heveninghamconcours.com) Beaufort & Blake, makers of incredibly comfortable casual shirts and boxers, have diversified into swimming shorts. I adore this camel-print pair and think they’d look pretty spectacular on a gentleman of any age. £59 (020–3793 2867; www. beaufortandblake.com)

A grape success

Jewellery and bubbles have an obvious link and Chapel Down—one of England’s best sparkling-wine producers—has taken the symbiosis a step further by inviting jewellery designer Stephen Webster to conceive a new tasting room in which it’s possible for up to 60 guests to savour the vineyard’s elegant wines. Enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, then a tutored tasting for £15 per person or the Classic Gift Experience, which also includes a three-course lunch, £60 per person (www.chapeldown.com)
