Designs that live on

-

Polly Gasston (1951–2021) was a rare jeweller, working only in 22-carat gold, much like the ancient goldsmiths by whom she was inspired. Her organic designs, each worked around the semi-precious stones she collected, are instantly recognisable. Gasston produced a large body of work over the past two years and was intent on it being sold after she had died. The business will continue to produce new pieces under her name, all of which will be heavily influenced by the late jeweller’s style and use her favoured 22-carat gold. Green oval tourmaline earrings (above), £1,200, and Multistone brooch (below), £5,600 (01843 448 291; www.polly gasstongoldsmith.co.uk).
