Curtains up
Theatre Royal Drury Lane is a historical gem that’s now ready to host the most decadent parties. Regency grandeur at its finest, with gilded high ceilings, vast windows and sparkly new crystal chandeliers—its recent £60 million facelift is thanks to Andrew and Madeleine Lloyd Webber and it remains the oldest theatre still in use. Whether for a cocktail party, afternoon tea or Champagne with Shakespeare in the Rotunda, it is certainly a venue with a difference; for unique weddings, ‘The Lane’ now holds a marriage licence.
