A prickly re-opening

The Blonde Hedgehog in Alderney has finally re-opened, alongside a brand new farmhouse accommodation option, The Blonde at La Frette, and a boat, The Salty Blonde. The nine-bedroom hotel—named after the island’s most elusive resident, the rare, creamy coloured hedgehog—originally opened in 2019.

Set apart from the main hotel, in 3½ acres of land, The Blonde at La Frette has three king-size bedrooms, one children’s twin room and rustic interiors.
