Ted-in-the-box

IOWE a double thank you to COUNTRY LIFE. My letter about church spires having been made Letter of the Week (March 9), not only have I received a bottle of Champagne, but also an unexpected extra. My son and his wife, based in the Middle East, have recently produced my first grandchild and I wanted to send the little lad a teddy bear. The outer box the Pol Roger arrived in was the perfect size (right), with the added benefit of weighing only 6oz, as against 12oz for the shoe box I was planning to use.
