Get me to the Greek (islands)

-

Visitors to the Cyclades and Dodecanese islands will be able to arrive via seaplane from the Greek mainland for the first time this summer. Necessary construction work on the islands of Tinos (which currently takes three hours to reach by ferry and only 30 minutes by air), Patmos (supposedly where John of Patmos received the visions recounted in the New Testament’s Book of Revelation) and Sifnos has nearly finished. The seaplanes depart from Alimos.

Travellers should take a look at Patmos House, available through Villa Collective (www.villacollective.com), The refurbished townhouse sleeps five and has its own courtyard and roof terrace.
