If you are planning a trip to London this summer, take a stroll around leafy Chelsea to the Jonathan Cooper gallery, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a mixed exhibition that includes seven floral and botanical works. Artists include Rosie Sanders, Fiona Strickland and Susan Angharad Williams. Rosie’s work (left) is highly memorable – flamboyant, large-scale contemporary watercolours brimming with exquisite botanical detail, while Susan’s flower stilllifes are quietly understated and beautifully composed.
