JUST READ THE LABEL TO CHECK WHERE IT’S FROM. SOMETIMES THE INFORMATION WILL BE ON THE BACK OF THE PACKET BUT OFTEN IT’S EVEN CLEARER WITH THE RED TRACTOR SYMBOL, WHICH MEANS IT CAN BE TRACED BACK TO A BRITISH FARM. OR LOOK FOR THE NATIONAL FLAG OF WHERE THE FOOD IS FROM. FOR WELSH BEEF AND LAMB, YOU CAN SEE THE PGI SIGN. ALSO LOOK OUT FOR THE BRITISH LION STAMP ON EGGS,” RACHAEL SAYS.

THE SAME GOES FOR RESTAURANTS THAT ARE VAGUE ON THEIR MENUS, AND SUPERMARKETS WHERE YOU CAN’T FIND CLEARLY LABELLED FOOD.”
