Let it grow

Seed sales of edibles have been outstripping flowers for some time. The only challenge is choosing what to grow. There are now 47 varieties in the johnsons-seed.com Jekka’s Herbs range from herb queen Jekka Mcvicar, and I’ll also be trying out some of the new vegetables from chilternseeds.co.uk such as ‘Jackpot’ dwarf runner beans and climbing ‘Shooting Star’ yellow courgettes.
