HIBISCUS FIZZ
This simple cocktail is made with hibiscus flowers in syrup. Substitute crème de cassis if you can’t find them.
Preparation about 5 minutes
6 WILD HIBISCUS FLOWERS IN SYRUP 6 TSP HONEY
3 TBSP LEMON JUICE
75CL BOTTLE ENGLISH SPARKLING WINE
1 Put a hibiscus flower in the bottom of 6 champagne coupes. Spoon 1 tsp of the syrup from the hibiscus jar into each glass and 1 tsp honey. Follow with ½ tbsp of lemon juice in each, top up with sparkling wine and serve.
