SUMMER GARDEN SALAD

Preparatio­n about 25 minutes

1 SMALL APPLE, SLICED

JUICE OF 1 LEMON

100ML NATURAL YOGURT

1 TBSP OLIVE OIL

1 TBSP CREAMED HORSERADIS­H 2 LARGE CUCUMBERS, FINELY SLICED 1 SMALL RED ONION, FINELY SLICED 350G RADISHES, HALVED BUNCH OF DILL, LEAVES PICKED EDIBLE FLOWERS, TO GARNISH

1 Toss the apple in half of the lemon juice. Shake off the excess.

2 Put the rest of the lemon juice, the yogurt, oil and horseradis­h into a jar and shake to combine.

3 Arrange the apple, cucumber, onion and radishes on a platter. Sprinkle with dill as you go and garnish with the flowers. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
