LODORE FALLS HOTEL There is an impressive waterfall behind this hotel, while there are equally glorious views of Derwentwater and Cat Bells from the lounge bar. You can dine with your pet in dedicated areas, ordering them a ‘dog dinner’ from the menu, and take them for a walk in the ample grounds. The hotel interior is bright and contemporary, but retains its historic charm in the cosy bedrooms. Dogs are permitted in many of the rooms in the main hotel, although not in the new spa building.
