CHILLI AND CHOCOLATE CON CARNE
I’ve added chorizo to intensify the meatiness, and some chocolate to give the chilli a subtle sweetness at the end.

1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
2 TBSP TOMATO PURÉE
1KG MINCED BEEF
300ML BEEF STOCK
