During the amazing itinerary, you will take in Belfast, the Giant’s Causeway and dramatic Antrim Coast, Liverpool and then the Isle of Man, where you can board a vintage train to the top of Snaefell. Next stop is Dublin, where you can see Malahide Castle, Dublin Bay or walk around the city. Then it’s on to Rosslare and Baltimore, with trips to Whiddy Island, Cape Clear or the spectacular Mizen Head, before reaching the wonderful Isles of Scilly. There, Liz will give a talk entitled ‘The Problem with Plastics’ and Q&A on board as well as join you on a magical boat trip around the eastern islands, where you will explore the flora and fauna of these unspoilt gems, before experiencing a wonderful wildlife cruise.
Liz will sail with you on to Falmouth, where St Ives, Cornish beaches, cream teas and St Michael’s Mount beckon, before finally visiting the glorious Channel Islands for wartime heritage and birdwatching on Jersey, wild-flower walks on Guernsey or a boat trip to tiny Herm island, where there are no crowds, no cars and no hassle, which is sure to appeal to most of us after such a tumultuous year.

Golden Horizon’s full-service dinner is served over two levels in the spectacular main dining room, where a selection of wines and beers is complimentary. There are five bars including two outside bars and a piano bar. Elsewhere, the premium beverage bar, Debeljak’s, is stocked with some of the world’s finest spirits.
ONBOARD PAMPERING
Guests can unwind in the spa, which boasts a sauna, hammam, snow room and Jacuzzi, and offers a range of treatments including massages, facials, wraps and scrubs. There is also a beauty salon, with an assortment of treatments, including manicures, pedicures and blowdries, and there is a well-stocked library and complimentary Wi-fi. There are three pools, too, and a marina from which you can enjoy watersports and diving.
