QUILTY PLEASURES

Make a light quilt or sleeping bag out of coordinating washable fabrics with a lightweight wadding in between. Cut two pieces of fabrics, tall enough for a person and over double the width (so they can move comfortably inside). Turn and press a 2cm hem on all sides of both pieces. Place the wadding between them, making sure the right side of both are outwards. Pin and sew 1cm in from the edges all around. Finish by folding in half and sewing on ribbon ties 10cm apart.
