THE HIGHLIGHTS
ASTONISHING WILDLIFE
Iceland is renowned for both its stunning scenery and eye-catching marine wildlife. There’s so much to look out for during your trip, from humpback whales and whitebeaked dolphins to harbour porpoises and the two resident seals who frequently visit Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides.
You will also have the chance to see – and photograph – a dazzling variety of seabirds, including black-tailed godwits, golden plovers, puffins, razorbills and, if you’re really lucky, the gyrfalcon, Europe’s largest falcon.
