Easy HERBAL BLENDS
Use a single-mug tea infuser for ease and steep all these in boiling water for five minutes. As a general rule, use approximately three teaspoons of fresh herbs or one teaspoon of dried herbs per mug. Sweeten to taste if needed.
REFRESHING
Lemon balm and spearmint Mix two parts lemon balm and one part spearmint.
SOPORIFIC
Lavender flowers and fennel seeds Mix two parts lavender flowers and two parts crushed fennel seeds.
CALMING -
Lemon balm and camomile flowers Mix two parts lemon balm and two parts camomile flowers.
