This month’s course
David’s pig in a day butchery courses are run throughout the year at Empire Farm in Somerset. The next date in 2018 is Sunday May 20. The course costs £260 per butchery place (including the delicious half a pig’s worth of meat you’ll be taking home) and £50 for each observer place. Place numbers are kept very small so advance booking is recommended on this very popular day.
