GET­TING THERE

Wal­ber­swick is 12 miles south of Low­est­oft, by the A12 and B1387. Bus 99 runs from Low­est­oft train sta­tion to South­wold, a short walk and ferry ride to the north. Sta­tions also at Halesworth, Dar­sham and Sax­mund­ham. On de­mand bus ser­vice to Wal­ber­swick (book­ing ahead es­sen­tial, 01728 635938).
