‘I’d like her to feel freedom’

“I’m on maternity leave with my beautiful baby. I want to enjoy every second with her and start as we mean to go on, teaching her the magic of getting out and about in the open air. In a world full of limits at the moment, I’d like her to feel freedom. She’s missing out on so much – none of her family have been able to hold her since October – and it’s so easy to feel sad and frustrated about it but we just keep our heads down and get out for a walk. Even better if we can stop for cake half way round!”
