GETTING THERE

Worth Matravers is off the B3069, four miles west of Swanage. The Breezer 40 bus, an hourly service between Swanage, Wareham (nearest train station) and Poole, stops by Worth Lane and Acton Lane junctions on the B3069, each a mile’s walk along the lane from the start of the route at Worth Matravers. The bus also stops at Kingston, at point 6 on the route.

The Scott Arms in Kingston has an impressive menu, good beers and Jamaican specialiti­es in its garden Jerkshak.
