Make mountain rescue happy

What’s the one thing these amazing volunteers wish all walkers had? Map? Compass? Warm layers? Emergency food? Those are all essential, but the answer is a torch, so you can get yourself off the hill safely even if darkness falls. Head torches are easiest as they keep hands free for the map, and spare batteries are of course a must.
