‘Literally saved my life’

‘I had a mild heart attack last Wednesday. Three ambulances, three hospitals; I had an angiograph and a stent fitted in my left artery. Without starting #walk1000miles, giving up smoking and losing two stone it could have been very, very different. I think the challenge has saved my life, quite literally.’
