‘This challenge has proved I can complete the things I set my mind to. Now I embrace challenges at work with the same steady approach as getting the miles done, which has led to more productivity and positivity. At home there’s a calmer approach to almost everything. And the extra time taken to process things I might have left unchecked and bottled up has helped too. Plus I feel like I have more empathy.
