‘The best find of my life’

‘Walking has been the best find of my life. I would never have seen myself where I am today – fitter, happier and having more fun than ever.

I am literally living my best life! At 52 years old I feel younger, happier and alive! My husband says I always return from a walk with a smile on my face and red cheeks. Before I walk he says: “Go find your happy place.” On my return he hugs me then says: “Seeing you after a walk makes me happy as I know you have had a great day.” Walking has brought happiness to us both.’
