Your Progress Chart has room for a planned reward every 100 miles – make sure you use it! Positive reinforcem­ent is a powerful thing, and yes you DO deserve it. Although filling in the chart itself is reward enough for Julie Swales: ‘My mileage chart is stuck on my fridge and I love filling it in week by week – I celebrate by doing a little jig.’
