‘Walk with a friend and they can then be the wee-wee lookout.’ Fiona Hawkins

‘Very stretchy leggings – quick access, up and down, no zips or buttons!’ Lynn Groom

‘Buy a poncho. Nobody can see anything!’ Helen Walker ‘Wear a small Always pad for safety!’ Pamela Wright Brogan

‘I’ve found the most effective and discreet clothing is stretchy shorts or two-layer shorts with stretchy inner and baggy outer. You can make access for a wee through the leg holes and do one standing up without removing any clothing!’ Sarah Poppleton

‘Take a large bin bag – the ones with handles, not drawstring. Cut the base off the bag. You can then wear it with

the handles as shoulder straps and it’ll cover your modesty. Make a cut up the back of the bag to enable you to squat comfortably. If getting back up after a wild wee is difficult, lean your back against a tree like you’re doing a wall sit.’ Jenny Mackenzie

‘Get a Shewee, practice at home, then take it with you.

It’s an absolute game changer.’ Tynk Robertson
