On the beaches

I’m so grateful you’ve highlighted the WWII importance of Arisaig and Camusdarach in your recent article about Violette Szabo. We walked on Camusdarach beach during a walking holiday in the Highlands a few years ago now and only wish that we had known of the Violette Szabo Museum at the time. Here’s photo taken on Camusdarach beach where SOE agents prepared for their part in WWII.
