Probably the best-known tracking app, and compatible with most wearables so the device does the hard work then exports your data to Strava for easy storage and perusal.
Oddly, if using it on the phone, you have to toggle between data screen and map screen; most others show both on the same screen for instant, easy viewing. The Premium version offers route planning and partner perks including gear deals. It’s also one of few free apps to show your cumulative monthly, year-to-date and all-time mileage, which is great for #walk1000milers. The main drawback is the sportiness; the community setup is very competitive and it refers to all users as ‘athletes’. I’m not an athlete. Are you? And the premium subscription price is huge; why not have OS or OA instead?
