1 Front-loading my mornings with miles: up early, walk briskly, surf the wave of feelgood the rest of the day. 2 Rejoicing in this really splendidly pointless gate. Along with trig points and tree trunks suitable for sitting against, some of my favourite things. 3 Admiring the nightly industry of spiders, as the morning dew calls attention to their handiwork.
