‘I never use painkillers’

‘I’ve always walked, but the challenge has given me the incentive to do it every day. Now it’s my second year and I’ve gone from being in a lot of arthritic pain constantly to almost total freedom, and I never use pain killers. The first couple of minutes after any rest stop are entertaining, but now I can walk 10-plus miles without suffering the next day.’
