A walk, a talk

I had a lovely walk this morning, it really cheered me up. I met a man on his walk who asked me about my rucksack and whether it was compulsory to have one. I said not at all. As long as he had good footwear then he would be fine. He also told me about his diabetes and his depression. I encouraged him to keep walking as it would definitely help him. We ended up walking nearly a mile together. He certainly had a positive impact on my life. I hope I did with him.
