ARAPAWA GOAT FACT FILE

Arapawas have narrow faces with distinct striped markings. The bucks have long sweeping horns. Gentle animals, Arapawas make excellent family goats. Seen as a threat to NZ native forest, culling of goats on Arapawa was started in the 1970s, and still continues.
