Supersoft merino British birds blanket

Snuggle by the fire and wrap yourself in the vibrant colours of the kingfisher or the warming russet of robin’s red breast with The British Blanket Company’s latest special edition blankets. Inspired by the soothing sounds of birdsong during 2020’s first lockdown, and with some help from the company’s Facebook followers, too, the designers created comforting soft merino lambswool blankets in five joyous colours – celebrating the kingfisher, blue tit, grey wagtail, robin and wood pigeon. The yarn for each blanket is produced in Yorkshire, then woven in batches in a small woollen mill in Ireland.
