I have to ad­mit to be­ing amused to read about the now con­tro­ver­sial Facebook’s spon­sor­ship of a £75,000 gar­den at Chelsea Flower Show. The so­cial media giant has said it con­sid­ers its gar­den to be a cel­e­bra­tion of how its site en­riches our lives by get­ting us out­side doing gar­den­ing. Still, bet­ter to think about lovely green out­door spa­ces than fake news, pri­vacy con­cerns and the var­i­ous as­sorted mud cur­rently be­ing slung at FB.
