We had a dream and a lot of peo­ple thought we were nuts, but they now ad­mire us be­cause we were pre­pared to take a risk.

It was stress­ful, and so it’s vi­tal to have a sup­port net­work around you.

Ten­sions can run high dur­ing set up and we did snap on oc­ca­sions.

You can’t switch off when you have your own busi­ness.

This year we’re eu­phoric hav­ing our first cus­tomers and we’re so thank­ful that we stuck with it.

Your busi­ness takes on a life of its own and that’s the most sat­is­fy­ing thing, as is the way it im­pacts on other peo­ple in a pos­i­tive way.

All in all, be­lieve in what you’re do­ing. The road along the way may be a bit rocky some­times, but don’t give up.
