How was this blaze allowed to happen?

GOD bless all those lost in the Grenfell Tower fire in west London. God will also bless the emergency services who worked so hard and also saved my wretched self when I was young. Theresa May is reported to have said, if there is a lesson to be learned, it will be. Well that lesson is clearly an anagram of ‘singer’. Health and safety won’t let our children play conkers in the school yard – and yet this was allowed to happen.
