COVENTRY’S Wickes DIY store has unveiled a fresh new look after undergoing a major refurbishment.

As the store relaunched this month, visitors were treated to a visit from a well-known celebrity - The Dulux dog.

It hosts a range of brands such as Bosch, Makita, Stanley, Karcher and Ronseal, to name but a few, as well as tiles, flooring and seasonal product ranges.

A new in-store Dulux colour mixing service has been installed with a range of paint available for home improvers to choose from.

The Coventry store now features brand new kitchen and bathroom design centres, complete with professional design consultants for kitchens and bathrooms.

They will offer free advice on kitchen improvements.

Kevin Palmer, store manager at Wickes Coventry commented: “We’ve designed the store to make it easier to shop for your home improvement project – the layout will help guide you to everything that you need for your project, in one visit.

“You’ll find inspirational room sets; worktops, appliances, baths and taps on display and our expert design consultants will be on hand to help you plan your dream space.”

He added: “We’re confident that the new store will provide everyone with the tools, materials and advice they need to complete their project, from those embarking on their first DIY project right through to experienced tradesmen.”
