FOR a twist on a classic after-dinner cocktail, try a Ketel One Oranje Espresso Martini. Take 50ml Ketel One Oranje (£25, 70cl, Ocado), 25ml Mr Black Spirits: Cold Press Coffee Liqueur (£29.89, drink supermarket) 35ml cold-brew coffee concentrate and a dash of orange bitters.

Shake all ingredients vigorously and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three coffee beans for health, wealth and happiness.
