NEIGHBOURS on a Bedworth street are celebrating winning £1,000 each thanks to their lucky postcode.

All five winners live in Buttercup Way and they netted the windfall when CV12 0GJ was announced as a

Daily Prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery. They were the Daily Prize draw winners on June 2 and they are all now planning on how to spend their money.

Judie Mccourt, People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, sent her wellwishes to the winners, saying: “I’m thrilled for our winners, what a great surprise for them!

“I hope they enjoy their winnings.” Only last week, residents in a street in Nuneaton scooped cash in the Daily Prize draw.

Fourteen neighbours on Cambridge Drive won £1,000 each.

People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery. Players sign up to pay monthly in advance by direct debit, debit card or Paypal.

There are ten draws each month with prizes every day.

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities. Players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £500 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.

This draw was promoted by Woodland Trust which has received over £13.1 million in funding from the players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

It is the UK’S leading woodland conservation charity, owning over 1,000 different woods across the country.

These woods support a wide range of plants and wildlife and attract thousands of visitors each year.
