Train station worker hurt after allegedly being kicked onto tracks
A NUNEATON train station worker was left injured after allegedly being kicked onto the tracks.
The member of staff, who has not been identified, was left needing treatment from paramedics following an incident at the Trent
Valley Station.
He then had to be taken to hospital where he received stitches for a head injury before being discharged. A spokesman for British Transport Police said that Sean Harthill, aged 29, of Tudor Road, Nuneaton, was charged with criminal damage and one count of endangering people’s safety.
He appeared at Nuneaton Magistrates’ Court on Monday (November 21) where he was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
