Later this year, Italian line MSC Cruises will unveil the first of its latest generation of ships, MSC World Europa. The LNG-powered ship is billed as a trailblazer by MSC, not only because of its environmental efforts and futuristic Y-shaped aft, but also for its onboard offerings. Carrying more than 6,700 guests, the ship will feature a variety of ‘districts’, with 21 bars and 13 dining venues including new concepts the Chef’s Garden Kitchen and La Pescaderia, a traditional seafood grill. It will also feature a towering 11-deck slide called The Spiral, the largest dry slide at sea. Guests can join MSC World Europa starting from December 2022, when the ship will spend its inaugural season in the Arabian Gulf.
