SUN SALUTATIONS ON DECK

Specialist cruise line Star Clippers has introduced a range of yoga-themed sailings this summer, so you can try downward dog by the dock or practise your warrior pose up on deck. The range of 14 yoga-themed cruises will take place on tall ship Star Clipper between April and December 2022, featuring professional yoga instructors leading sessions.

General manager Fay McCormack says: “The mental and physical wellbeing of our guests while on board remains an absolute priority, and we are delighted to offer this service.”

Itineraries will feature ashtanga yoga classes each morning with a second session at sunset, meditation, lectures on yoga philosophy and advice for continuing the practice at home. They will sail from Athens, Rome and Cannes, priced from £1,760 per person ( starclippers.co.uk).
