1. The squat rack will always look the same, no matter what gym you go to. Cycling fitness gives you the ability to explore entire countries and see ever-changing scenery.
2. A sense of freedom. There’s nothing quite like being out in the fresh air with the sun on your face and an open road in front of you.
3. Cycling offers a far greater social life than the gym, through clubs, organised rides, complete with coffee stops, and sportives.
4. The fitness gained from cycling is far more useful in everyday life than aesthetically pleasing muscles built in the gym.
5. Cycling can be a family activity everyone can get involved in, making for great adventures and time spent together.
