DVV Verzekerin­gen trofee - Jaarmarktc­ross (November 10)

British rider Nikki Brammeier won the women’s race last year, with

Toon Aerts taking the men’s title for the second successive year. Aerts is in excellent form and will be targeting a hat-trick. Held in Niel, Belgium, it’s the second round of the eight-race series, with the first being Koppenberg­cross last week (which Aerts also won). It is the 28th year the series has been running; Sven Nys has won the most titles, with a total of nine.

Telenet Super prestige Gavere (November 11) Sanne Cant is aiming to make it four wins in as many rounds in the series; the Corendonci­rcus rider looking to get back to winning ways after finishing fourth at the European Championsh­ips. Wout van Aert has won two of the series’s races thus far, but Mathieu van der Poel — winner of the other race — is in optimistic mood after claiming the European Championsh­ips last week for the second consecutiv­e year.

National Trophy Series round 3 (November 11)

Taking place in Crawley, Ian Field (Neonvelo) is hoping to make it two wins in two in the series and consolidat­e his position in the leader’s jersey. In the women’s category, Storey Racing dominated in Irvine in the last round and took all three podium spots, with Ffion James coming out on top.
