Which of the 2018 Grand Tours was your favourite?

-

Giro, undoubtedly. Had it all — attacks from literally anywhere and everywhere. Incredible to watch. Charlie Nicholls

Giro, much as I prefer G and Yates over Froome. The way Froome just kept going after crashing in the prologue , which gave him a poor start and then held Dumoulin at bay, was unforgettable. The finish on Monte Zoncolan and the way he rode stage 19 were phenomenal. David Hearne

Giro for me. Chavez and Yates attacking, sketchy descent costing Yates the lead, Froome’s massive 70-80km kick on the muddy roads to take the lead, proper excitement. It was great to see G win the Tour, an amazing achievement but typical Sky control, plus ASO keep messing with the format; the other two Grand Tours prove that proper racing wins every time! La Vuelta was also good, I love the shorter more attacking stages and Yates finally getting his GC win really topped off– the year for Britain. Daniel Ellis

Tour de France. Because G is a total legend. Andy Miller

Vuelta, that’s where Simon Yates came of age. Awesome performance. Susan Hoare

Giro! Finally a return to GC riders smashing lumps out of each other. Alaric Lester

Giro d’italia. Froome’s win on stage 19 wasn’t “epic” in a Floyd Landis type of way but was the result of a highly detailed pre-stage plan that was executed to perfection by ALL involved. Andrew Hill

Giro. Because of Yates. Ties with Vuelta as Yates finally got his prize. Graham Mckechnie
