Have you gained or lost fitness during lockdown?
Fitter than I’ve been for years, to be honest, without the usual distractions, stress and travel! Not sure I would have done half as much without Strava, mind. And certainly had enough of winter weather now. Paul Oz
Compared to this time last year I have gained by leaps and bounds. I’ve gone from struggling to finish 100 miles a week to knocking out 200 miles often. Jan Darnell
Lost motivation. Nothing to train for. Work has been insane for 12 months... very hard to find time. Robin Dearden
I ended up with multiple skull fractures at the end of last year not too long before lockdown (thanks, random hit and run driver!). I still haven’t recovered fully, so definitely tipping the scales at ‘unfit’. Dean Unsworth
Started training properly last April and haven’t looked back, I’ve got a good structure now and I’m fitter than I’ve ever been. Andrew Woodward
As I was approaching my 70th birthday, I decided to make a concerted effort at improving my fitness and was succeeding. Ten days ago I made the decision to move paving stones in my garden and thus developed sciatica. No more riding for at least another week. Still, the garden looks nice! Peter Lake
Given up. David Feely
I tried, but lost motivation. Lockdown is horrible. Ian Haskins
Continued to push myself and I’m really noticing the difference. Stephen Smith
