Bianchi offers its alloy-framed Impulso Allroad bike in an equivalent Shimano GRX 810 spec level. It costs a few hundred quid less at £2,975 and comes in the company’s trademark celeste as well as matt black.

Down spec

Shimano’s GRX 600-level kit weighs a few grams more than the top-spec 810, but you can bet it performs its duties admirably well and down-speccing brings the price below the £3k mark.
